Delivery and Returns

UK: 

Orders £15 and over will be shipped for free either via ‘DPD – next day’ for large items, or Royal Mail for smaller items.

Shipping for orders under £15 is £2.95

Europe:

• Small parcels ship via a tracked service for a flat rate of £8
• If  your parcel contains a roll or more of Patterntrace P&P is £10.50
• Please be aware that you may get charged customs fees as we ship from the UK

Orders will be shipped by courier or Royal Mail depending on size.

Rest of the world:

• Small parcels ship via a tracked service for a flat rate of £12
• If your parcel contains a roll or more of Patterntrace P&P is £35 (unfortunately shipping a metre long parcel is extremely expensive worldwide 🙁  )

Orders will be shipped by courier or Royal Mail depending on size.

Your delivery will normally be dispatched to the carrier within 24 hrs (Monday – Friday).

Returns

We operate a no quibble return policy providing the product is in a resalable condition! Return postage is the responsibility of the customer making the return.
